I literally have a mantra that I recite to myself that 1) affirms my core beliefs in myself, 2) asserts my intentions for the day, and 3) gets me PUMPED to work hard.
This daily habit literally changes the way your brain is wired. Over time, you’ll start to think this way naturally. You’ll be fluent.
Just as a piano player must practice small movements and slowly stitch them together over time to create a full-length piece, we do the same in our daily actions.
1 small step you can start with: journaling for literally 2 minutes in the morning. Start writing that mantra! :)
