Doing uninspiring things

I recently had an ankle injury.
It's been several weeks since I've been able to have a normal exercise routine.
If you're like me, feeling totally stuck, inside, trying to get some semblance of physical wellbeing . . .
Here are a few quick things you can try.
1. Nike's 7-minute, no-sweat, at your desk detox (via Nike Training Club app)
2. WebMD 7-minute inside exercise
3. Business Insider's video producer does 7-minute HIIT exercise
If you're not into this. You can always just do burpees for 2 minutes.
But Chris, that's so uninspiring. Really? Burpees for 2 minutes?
This is true. You might need a goal or vision of the future to get you through. Right now, I'm thinking a lot about how out-of-shape I am for ski season.
That's my motivation.
