This winter will be hard, here's how we can get through it
The Daily Drip
The world is a scary place sometimes.
As we head face-first into the last quarter of the year, the future is unknown.
I know many people who have lost their jobs this year.
I know several clients who are working with people who are dealing with increased mental illness, domestic violence, and the incredible challenges that teachers are facing.
This year is was not what we thought it would be.
One of the ways that we can improve our situation is by helping each other.
Having a community of supportive people is one of the factors that decreases risks for "at-risk" people/situations.
If you have a community, now is a great time to check in with them. This winter is going to be hard.
If you don't have a community, please know that you can always join me and other readers in our private Slack group.
Just by being a reader, you've got access.
Please feel comfortable reaching out to me directly, too. I'd be happy to chat.
Let's take care of each other in these next coming months, whatever happens.
Let's stick together and support each other.
I care about you.
