Adjusting the course
The Daily Drip
One of the things I'm terribly bad at is adjusting goals when I reach failure.
Resilient people tend to hit failure and--instead of quitting--adjust their goals so they can keep moving.
My default state is to throw up my arms and say "why am I even setting goals!?"
A resilient person just adjusts the course.
If you're like me and you have some adjusting to do, how do you plan to do it?
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
