What kids teach us about business and learning
The Daily Drip
For 3 years, I helped produce some of the largest LEGO and MINECRAFT events for kids in the world.
Our goal was to educate and inspire those kids to take on STEM challenges.
We didn't invent LEGO. We didn't invent MINECRAFT.
All we were doing was "sneaking in the vegetables."
Kids already knew that LEGO and MINECRAFT were fun. Our job was only to show them what was possible, give them tools they needed, and ask them good questions about their goals and problems.
Kids didn't know or care that they were learning. They were having fun and moving toward their own goals.
What is working right now for your audience/customers? Where does their attention already exist?
How might you sneak in the vegetables?
