Reading 60 books a year
The Daily Drip
"Read twice as much in half the time."
"Entrepreneurs read 60 books a year."
Blah blah blah.
Speed reading is B.S.
Read what you want. And as Richard Feynman says, if you can explain it to a 6-year-old, then you probably understand the concept.
"What is the point of doing all those pushups if you can't even lift a bloody log?"
- Alfred yelling at Batman inThe Dark Knight
What the hell is the point of reading all of those books if you don't actually comprehend them and take time to apply them to your life?
I constantly have to remind myself to slow down. Understand. Apply.
How do you take information that you value and integrate it into your life?
